PART A – SERVICE TERMS
(Contract between you and Dyno-Rod Surrey)
2. Services Provided
Dyno-Rod Surrey offers:
- Drain unblocking
- CCTV surveys
- Drain repairs
- Manhole benching
- Removal of tree roots in drains
Dyno-Rod Surrey operates in Chertsey and the rest of Surrey.
3. Booking & Quotes
Bookings can be made over the phone. Dyno-Rod Surrey will usually provide a quote over the phone; however, this may change following a physical inspection of the issue. Prices are subject to change if additional work is required or unforeseen issues arise.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted payment types: bank transfer, cash, or card. Payment is due to Dyno-Rod Surrey on completion of the job. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the confirmed start date of the job. Cancellations made later than this may incur charges to cover any costs already incurred by Dyno-Rod Surrey.
6. Warranties
Dyno-Rod Surrey offers a 6-month warranty on the work it carries out, starting from the completion date. This warranty covers only the specific repair or service provided and does not extend to unrelated issues.
7. Liability & Limitations
Dyno-Rod Surrey will not be liable for any damage, loss, or issues caused by:
Natural events (e.g., flooding, storms)
The age, wear, or deterioration of the pipes
Work previously carried out on the drainage system by other companies or individuals
Dyno-Rod Surrey is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and drainage system before work begins. Grasshopper Web Consulting Limited accepts no liability whatsoever for the performance, quality, or outcome of any drainage service carried out by Dyno-Rod Surrey.
8. Complaints Procedure
If you wish to make a complaint about drainage work carried out, please contact Dyno-Rod Surrey directly on 01932 808 252. Complaints about the work performed are Dyno-Rod Surrey’s responsibility to acknowledge and resolve, not Grasshopper Web Consulting Limited’s.
If you wish to make a complaint about this website or how your enquiry was handled before being passed on, please contact Grasshopper Web Consulting Limited at info@yourdrainexperts.co.uk or call 01932 300 055. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
